The Ladies of Cat Nip
Rebecca Sage Allen is an alum of The Second City in Chicago where she was a member of their resident ETC stage and their National Touring Company including a USO tour to Iraq.
A graduate of The University of the Arts in Philadelphia with a degree in Musical Theater, some of her musical credits include Fame, Cabaret, and Company.
Rebecca is a company member of the musical improv group “Baby Wants Candy” with whom she had a three-year run at iO Chicago and performed at two Edinburgh Fringe Festivals (Pick of the Fringe).
In addition to performing ”CatNip" Rebecca performs with the group "All Systems Are Go!"
Some of her television and film credits include I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With, SuperNews, and In the Motherhood.

Laurel Coppock has a B.A. from Colby College in Performing Arts and went on to study at the Circle in the Square Acting Conservatory in New York City. She studied and performed improv and sketch comedy for 5 years in Chicago at ImprovOlympic and Second City with groups like People of Earth, Johnny Roast Beef, The Armando Diaz Show and so many more. She is a founding member of the highly acclaimed improv group, the Rag Dolls. Laurel was hired as a writer and cast member for the famous comedy theater Boom Chicago in Amsterdam from 2005 to 2006.
Since arriving in L.A., Laurel has appeared in comedy pilots for the Oxygen Network, G4 and Telepix, all of which you'll never see. But they're funny. Really funny! Recently, Laurel wrote and performed her second solo show BREAKDOWN CITY at UCB and selections from that were included in one of those comedy pilots. Laurel can be seen in an episode of "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and all over Fuel TV and she's a regular contributor to Turkeyneck.net.
Also, Laurel is now proud to be a part of The Groundlings Sunday Company.

Molly Erdman was an improviser in Chicago for 11 years, performing at iO, The Annoyance, and the Second City Mainstage. She was a member of such groups as the all-female group Sirens, The Lindberg Babies (directed by Del Close) and Valhalla.
In 2007 she moved to Los Angeles and has appeared on According to Jim, The Bobby Lee Project, and the feature film The Goods: The Don Ready Story, to be released this summer. She performs with Sweetness and The Armando Show at iO West and the alumni group Edmund Serves Coffee at the Second City Los Angeles.
For the past 4 years Molly has appeared as the long-suffering wife in the minivan in Sonic commercials.

Megan Grano performed for many years in Chicago before moving to L.A.
While in the Windy City, she performed at iO Theater, The Annoyance Theatre and The Second City--on an actual resident stage (which is similar to making it in the Groundlings here in LA).
In 2007, she appeared in the HBO Aspen Comedy Arts Festival with the sketch comedy show, "Moist." She currently is running a solo show she wrote about weddings, "Obliged," in various venues in LA. Megan is thrilled to be a part of the sassiest, brassiest all-female improv group in LA!

Sarah Haskins loves performing with Cat Nip.
In the daytime hours, Sarah writes for the Current TV show infoMania where she also hosts the popular "Target Women" segments.
She is from Chicago where she performed, wrote and directed a number of shows at iO and ate at many of America's finest Applebee's with the Second City Touring Company.

Katie Nahnsen just moved to Los Angeles and is thrilled to play with the fine ladies of Catnip!
Before this, she lived in Chicago and performed sketch and improv at Second City, iO and The Annoyance.
Katie was also an actor and writer on Sports Action Team, a syndicated semi-improvised comedy that aired on HDNet and NBC affiliates across the country for two seasons.
Amanda Tate is a comedic improviser and trained actress born and bred in Los Angeles.
As a proud graduate of The Second City Conservatory, she regularly performs at Second City, iO west and Upright Citizen's Brigade and has also performed at the Westside Eclectic, the Fanatic Salonand the Comedy Cocktail events in Hollywood.
Her recent short "Book It" was a finalist in the Create-A-Series Contest for Oxygen Network.
